Damages And Issues:

Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately at support@pawsbotique.com if the item is damaged, defective, incorrect, or not received. We will evaluate the issue and work to resolve it as quickly as possible.

 

Refund Policy:

We offer a 30-day refund policy, meaning you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a refund. 

As part of our commitment to sustainability, we do not require returns. 

Returns contribute to environmental impact, as each return carries a measurable carbon footprint. Instead, eligible full refunds are issued without requiring the item to be sent back. 

 

Refund Eligibility:

To be eligible for a refund, your request must meet one of the following conditions: 

  • The item arrived damaged or defective.

  • You received the wrong item.

  • You did not receive the item. 

  • The item differs significantly from its description.

 

Non-Refundable Items:

We do not offer refunds in the following cases:

Refund Process:

Once your request is reviewed, we will notify you of the approval or rejection. 

If approved: 

  • A full refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.

  • You can keep the item.

If rejected: 

  • We will still do our best to explore alternative solutions with you where possible.

Please note that your bank or credit card provider may take additional time (up to 5 business days) to process the refund.
